Melton has played a pivotal role in the success of Howard Hughes® award winning MPCs including The Woodlands and Bridgeland in Houston, Texas. He’s now spearheading the development of Teravalis, Howard Hughes® first and largest master planned community in Arizona. 

His personal connection to the state and desire to make a lasting impact drive his efforts to create a vibrant and connected community that reflects the essence of Arizona.
