The first model homes at Teravalis will open over the summer, with additional home openings continuing through the following months. A grand opening celebration is scheduled for October 18th, marking the official launch of the community.

Yes, Teravalis will have a Homeowners Association dedicated to enhancing community life by maintaining high-quality amenities, organizing community events, and fostering a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. Educational opportunities are a core part of the Teravalis community plan. Schools will be integrated into the community, providing residents with convenient access to quality education.
