Yes, Teravalis has a Homeowners Association dedicated to enhancing community life by maintaining high-quality amenities, organizing community events, and fostering a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. 

Educational opportunities are a core part of the Teravalis community plan. Schools will be integrated into the community, providing residents with convenient access to quality education. Teravalis is proud to be a part of the Saddle Mountain Unified School District, and bus services is offered for all students.
