Teravalis will be Arizona’s largest master planned community. Situated between the White Tank Mountains and Belmont Mountain Range in Buckeye, AZ, Teravalis will include up to 113,000 homes and feature over 7,000 acres of open space for residents to explore.

Through innovative design and ample open space for parks, trails, and gathering areas, the community will promote connection between residents while helping to maintain the natural desert beauty of our great state.

Teravalis features an extensive array of community amenities designed to support an active and vibrant lifestyle, including: 

  • Echo Community Center: A central hub with gathering spaces, event lawn, fitness area, and community pools. 
  • Parks and Trails: Numerous parks, playgrounds, dog parks, and open spaces interconnected by scenic trails ideal for walking, biking, and running. 
  • Sports Courts: Facilities for pickleball, basketball, and other recreational sports. 
  • Pools: Family-friendly swimming pools for relaxation and recreation.

Twenty one model homes at Teravalis are open to tour daily from seven distinct builders in our first village. Stop by the Welcome Center at the community entrance for a map to the model homes.

Yes, Teravalis has a Homeowners Association dedicated to enhancing community life by maintaining high-quality amenities, organizing community events, and fostering a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere

Educational opportunities are a core part of the Teravalis community plan. Schools will be integrated into the community, providing residents with convenient access to quality education. Teravalis is proud to be a part of the Saddle Mountain Unified School District, and bus services is offered for all students.
