Directions to Teravalis
Teravalis is located in the High Sonoran Desert between the White Tank Mountains and the Belmont Mountain range.
From Phoenix: take Interstate 10 west toward Buckeye, AZ, then exit 109 Sun Valley Pkwy in Buckeye and continue north for 10 miles.
From the north: Take US-93 south to Sun Valley Parkway, then continue south on Sun Valley Parkway. Turn left onto W Floreo Circle (approximately ½ mile north of Teravalis Parkway) and follow signs to the Welcome House.
Interstate 10 is the primary east–west route, connecting Teravalis to cities like Tucson (to the southeast) and the broader Phoenix metro directly to Buckeye. From Southern California, travelers typically take I-10 east across the state line into Arizona, continuing directly into the West Valley. Teravalis offers convenient access to other major West Valley roadways, including US-60 for weekend trips to Las Vegas and Loop 101 for shopping, dining, entertainment, and employment throughout the Phoenix metro area.

When you arrive at Teravalis your first stop is at our Welcome House, open to visitors daily from 10AM to 5PM You’ll be greeted by a Community Steward who will help you plan your model home tour and share information about our community.
Tour 20+ model homes
We want you to find the house that’ll have you calling Teravalis home. You can drive through the community and tour model homes from our seven homebuilders.
Visit the 7 neighborhood parks
Kids and big kids (if you know what we mean) are welcome to play, explore, and discover the ins and outs of our community parks.
