The origin story of Teravalis
Teravalis started with a bold vision for what a community can be. One where residents feel connected to their neighbors, nature, and the neighborhood they call home. Nestled in the heart of Buckeye, Arizona, with breathtaking views of the White Tank and Belmont Mountain ranges, Teravalis is the culmination of thoughtful planning, a deep respect for Arizona’s natural landscape, and a belief that home is defined beyond the walls of your house.
Growing with promise
What started as a vision in 2021 is now set to become Arizona’s largest master planned community. By 2022, the groundbreaking marked the celebratory moment that the initial vision had become something real. The development of the community and initial infrastructure began and in 2025 the homes started to take shape, announcing the seven award-winning builders that will be the first to offer home plans.
The first home sale in September 2025 was an important milestone for Teravalis, signifying that the new chapter in the City of Buckeye had officially begun. That November, thousands gathered at the community for the Grand Opening celebration—welcoming a new era of Arizona living to the Phoenix West Valley. Since then, the neighborhoods in the first village of Floreo are steadily filling up and now with Echo Community Center set to open early 2027, there is so much more to come. The story of Teravalis is just getting started and we cannot wait for you to experience what’s on the horizon.
