The long-term vision for Teravalis is that it will be home to twelve unique villages, beginning with Floreo. As a homeowner, you get to be a part of the Teravalis Community Council (TCC) and have a voice for what the resident experience looks like. Both associations are committed to the things that make Teravalis home, like well-kept parks, a calendar of lifestyle programming, dedicated lifestyle manager and community clubs—all designed to bring the community together.
