Must-Experience Features at the Floreo Community Center

With homes now available in Teravalis, the first steps toward Echo Community Center, our new amenity hub, have begun. We would like to highlight some of the standout features planned for this innovative community center. Echo will feature an unparalleled blend of comfort, community, and nature. Slated to open in early 2027, it will serve as the heart of Floreo, the first village of Teravalis.

Below, we’ve also detailed the many features and amenities that will make this community special!

A Welcoming Grand Entrance

Nothing sets the tone better than a strong first impression. Echo Community Center’s grand entrance will strike the perfect chord, with a geometric glass ceiling overlooking sustainably landscaped corridors. As you move through the facility, you’ll be able to take in modern architecture masterfully designed for community life.

Because environmental stewardship is behind every decision at Teravalis, our landscaping will incorporate native, drought-tolerant plants and carefully planned turf areas.

Socializing with a View

As you enter Echo Community Center, you’ll be greeted by our cozy Welcome Lounge. This space showcases modern architecture with beautiful and practical elements, including areas to work remotely now and then, or places to finish reading your latest book. Ceiling-length windows enhance the natural flow, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor gathering places.

Echo’s spacious open areas provide plenty of seating, lounging areas, and tables perfect for socializing with family and neighbors. These welcoming areas offer a satisfying retreat for clubs and groups while enjoying the desert vista.

A Hub for Every Activity

Echo Community Center is meticulously designed to offer an exciting environment for socializing, working, and leisure activities. The community center will include dedicated flex spaces that residents can use for a wide range of activities, whether that’s taking a remote meeting or hosting a monthly book club.

These spaces make collaborating on projects or catching up with neighbors a unique experience with elevated windows for optimal lighting and natural scenery.

Spacious Gathering Areas Inside & Out

Echo Community Center will provide ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation. The spacious common areas will be thoughtfully designed for community living or family gatherings. The Resonance Events Center will serve as the primary gathering space for formal events, such as weddings and parties.

Future residents will be connected to Echo’s outdoor areas as well. These spaces feature ample seating and tables for picnics or similar gatherings. For private events, guests can stay cool across any of the community center’s reservable areas and gathering places.

Fire pits and a variety of yard games will complete the outdoor spaces, providing an excellent place to catch up with friends or meet your neighbors. Whether it’s a game of cornhole or a gathering at one of the shaded tables, you’ll find a new favorite location for all your social activities.

Elevating Your Wellbeing

What amenity center would be complete without a state-of-the-art fitness center? At Teravalis, community and physical well-being will go hand in hand within Tone Fitness Center. This area will include treadmills, free weights, exercise machines, and a group fitness room where residents can stay active together.

For those who enjoy lower-impact exercise or seek a quieter space, the fitness center extends onto a beautiful patio where you can take part in yoga, meditation, or simply enjoy the view of the West Valley’s White Tanks or Belmont Mountain ranges. There’s no better feeling than completing sun salutations as you greet the rising sun on the horizon.

From Laps to Leisure

Cardio fans and sunbathers alike will enjoy Echo Community Center’s multiple pools, where you can exercise all year round or relax within any of our shaded cabanas.

Our splash area for kids will offer a fun and refreshing way for younger residents to cool off and make new friendships. Every day can feel like a resort visit with friends or family, relaxing in the sun and dipping into the clear, refreshing waters.

Nature Meets Fitness

Echo Community Center will be encircled by a hub of interconnected walkways that will guide residents through the miles and miles of paths and trails throughout Floreo. These walkways will be more than a series of hiking spots. Each will be lined with native plants and trees, reinforcing our commitment to embracing our natural surroundings.

Here, you and your neighbors can stay active as you watch the sun rise over the horizon. As you explore the community, you will be able to smell the fresh aroma of nearby creosote bushes, feel the warmth of the morning, or catch a glimpse of local wildlife.

Sustainable Living and Tech Integration

Our focus on sustainability and innovation will be prevalent in every detail of the Echo Community Center. Echo at Floreo has achieved LEED Gold Precertification from the U.S. Green Building Council. This means that its design and construction are on track to meet internationally recognized standards for sustainability and energy efficiency. Some sustainable design elements include drought-tolerant landscaping, stormwater harvesting, wastewater reuse for irrigation, water-efficient fixtures, and shade integration.

From water conservation to energy efficiency, Echo Community Center takes our commitment to embracing the natural environment to heart.

A Community that Grows with You

Echo Community Center will offer countless activities and services to help you prosper and stay connected to the community. It is slated to open in early 2027, but this is just the start. With surrounding shopping, dining, and commercial development also planned, you’ll find everything you need close to your new home.

From carefully planned social gathering spaces to dedicated exercise facilities, the Echo Community Center embodies our vision for creating a future-focused community.
