Howard Hughes Welcomes First Homebuilders for Floreo at Teravalis

We are excited to welcome Brightland Homes, Century Communities, Courtland Communities, KB Home, Lennar, Meritage Homes, and New Home Co. to Floreo, the first village being developed in Teravalis, which is expected to deliver the community’s first 8,000+ homes to the market over the next decade. Additional builders will be announced in the coming months.
