Kate Kaminski Named One of Arizona’s Most Influential Women
Teravalis is proud to celebrate Kate Kaminski, Chief Operating Officer for the Arizona Region at Howard Hughes, on her selection as one of the 2025 Most Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate by AZRE magazine.
The AZ Most Influential Women (MIW) recognition is no ordinary honor, awarded only once in a woman’s lifetime, reserved for women whose careers have left an indelible mark on their industries and communities. It comes as no surprise to the Howard Hughes team that Kate has been selected for this prestigious honor, and we are exceedingly proud to have her on the leadership team for the Arizona Region.
Kate joined the Howard Hughes leadership team helmed by Charley Freericks, President for the Arizona region in 2024, stepping into a key role focusing on the Teravalis community. Her arrival marked an important moment for the community as an experienced leader with a deep understanding of land development and builder partnerships, now guiding the operational strategy for one of the most ambitious master plans in the country.
With a background that spans decades in the real estate and investment space, Kate has led at every level from founding Walton Global’s Broker Dealer and Investor Relations team to ultimately serving as the company’s Global Chief Operating Officer. Along the way, she’s forged strong relationships with national homebuilders, led large-scale reorganizations, and helped drive extraordinary revenue growth. Her leadership is grounded in clarity, community, and a deep respect for the people behind every project.
“Teravalis is a community founded on connection, innovation, and sustainability with a goal of building a better way to live and thrive,” said Charley Freericks, President, Arizona Region. “Kate is an excellent representative of these ideals, bringing the same spirit into her work and aligning the vision with execution. Throughout her career, she’s proven an ability to bring people together to create something greater than the sum of its parts, and Teravalis is no exception.”
A sincere congratulations goes out to Kate for her recognition as one of Arizona’s Most Influential Women. We’re honored to have Kate leading the team as Teravalis approaches its grand opening in 2025, and we look forward to everything her leadership will make possible.
