Teravalis is a large scale, thoughtfully planned community, and the Welcome House makes it easy to navigate—connecting you to model homes from all seven builders while introducing the neighborhoods, amenities, and vision that sets Teravalis apart.

Built from repurposed shipping containers and designed with digital interfaces throughout, the space makes it easy to explore information in an interactive, streamlined way. Guests can enjoy cookies baked daily by our Stewards, along with coffee and refreshing infused water. Community swag and local Teravalis honey are also available to take home.
